על ההצגה

The amazing life of Dr. Moshe Kroy - a philosopher, mystic and prophet of rage, a genius and a madman - who rose to prominence in the seventies and died under mysterious circumstances at the end of the eighties - was an uncompromising journey to truth, meaning and God, about its power and dangers. Based on the writings of Dr. Called media interviews, the show combines philosophy, biographical drama, slapstick, live music, witchcraft and guided imagination exercises.

"For those few who will recognize me while I'm still alive - who will recognize who I really am - I make a special promise. I will keep in touch with them. They will meet me in their dreams, in their visions, in special telepathic experiences. Maybe there will even be some who will see me almost physically, as if I were still alive."

From the reviews:

" The most impressive show of all , from the ones I saw at the festival, traces the fascinating character of Dr. Moshe Kroy - an Israeli philosopher and mystic, a genius and a madman who was appreciated in the 1970s and died under mysterious circumstances in the late 1980s. The show surprisingly combines interview clips with Kroy, his philosophical teachings, music and even magic tricks from the world of magicians. On stage, pianist Avner Hanani accompanies parts of the text by playing, and works with great precision alongside the actors to the point of playing their speech notes, in a beautiful and non-trivial move. The actors Neta Zaid, Yonatan Levy and especially Noam Rubinstein, who is excellent in the role of Kroy - allow the audience to surrender to their trusting hands and be drawn into an enigmatic and intriguing world. The use of technology to screen the interview with the real character is original, the magic creates a real magical atmosphere, and in general it is a masterpiece of deep and thought-provoking content on the one hand and a delightful display of acting and directing on the other. The result is very special. " [Orin Weinberg, YNET]

" Original theatrical quality, and a characteristic stage language ", "Yonathan Levy, Noam Rubinstein and Oded Hirsch are intelligent and thinking creators ", "An interesting theatrical investigation, a subtle line of humor smeared over the show " [Nano Shabtai, "Haaretz"]
